1. Purpose

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) represent the basis of a contract between you, or the entity on whose behalf you are executing this agreement (“you” or “your”), and Vaprojects (“Vaprojects,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You accept these terms and conditions by corresponding with us, browsing our web properties, or using our Services and agree to abide by them. We may modify these terms and conditions from time to time, and by continuing to use our Services, you agree to be bound by the modifications. 2. Graphic Design

Redesign Policy:
We typically complete Graphic Design Services within five (5) business days. We are not responsible for spelling errors or typos. Any edit, redesign, or reprint of your order after approval will require an additional service fee. Please be sure to proofread your order carefully before final approval.

Low-Resolution Images:
Due to poor print quality, we recommend that any personal photos incorporated into your order possess a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. We will not undertake redesigns based on image quality issues stemming from low resolution.

3. Web Design

Web Design Package:
We typically complete Web Design Services within thirty (30) business days. The Client will have three (3) business days following the publishing of the website to request edits and provide final approval. Changes requested after the three (3) days will incur a $95 one-time maintenance fee.

4. Deposit and Payment Policy

Deposit and Payment Policy:
A non-refundable deposit may be required from the Client before any work commences.
We shall determine the deposit amount and communicate it to the Client in advance.
The deposit secures the Client’s project slot in our schedule and enables us to allocate resources and initiate work.
The deposit is payable before the commencement of some design work.

Non-Refundable Deposit:
The deposit paid by the Client is non-refundable under any circumstances.
We retain the deposit to cover administrative costs, resource allocation, and time spent on project initiation.

Project Cancellation:
If the Client cancels the project after making the deposit, we will not refund the deposit amount.
The Client can resume the project within 15 business days from the cancellation date, subject to our availability and the project’s original terms.

Project Rescheduling:
If the Client asks to reschedule the project start date after making the deposit, we will transfer the deposit to the new start date.
The Client agrees that any subsequent changes to the project start date will not impact the non-refundable nature of the deposit.

Late Fee for Web Hosting Renewals:
For web hosting renewals, we will apply a late fee to renewals made one (1) day after the due date. Customers can request a grace period of five (5) days on or before the due date. During this grace period, we will not impose a late fee.

5. Monthly Web Maintenance

To ensure optimal hosting performance for our customers, a maintenance package is required. Pricing varies based on the size and complexity of the website. The maintenance package includes: monthly content updates, plugin updates, theme updates, WordPress installation updates, and backup and restore services. Please note, upgrades are not included in this package. Content updates will be completed within 3 business days after receiving the required materials from the customer. Autopay is required for your monthly web maintenance package and will apply a late fee to payments made one (1) day after the due date. Customers can request a grace period of five (5) days on or before the due date. During this grace period, we will not impose a late fee.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty:

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee, whether expressed or implied, regarding the results of our services or the performance of the design work.

7. Limitation of Liability:

You acknowledge and agree that Vaprojects shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services, including damages caused by hacking, malware, or other security breaches.

9. Termination

Vaprojects Termination:
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or cancel the Services without notice: (a) for your failure to pay any amounts due, or (b) to prevent a service interruption by an Internet Service Provider or other network services provider. You are not entitled to notice or protest should we exercise these rights. Upon termination, we will close your account, delete data, and require payment of all due and payable fees. Once your account is closed, we are not responsible for forwarding emails or other communications or maintaining any data backup that predates the termination date. If allowed, you are encouraged to keep the Service active during a transition period should you seek to forward your email or other communications. If we suspend or terminate your use of our Services because you have violated these terms, you are not entitled to a refund or account credit.
